The Space:
Discover an outstanding condo situated in the prime location of the La Roma neighborhood in the heart of the city, offering easy access to all the fascinating attractions of CDMX while providing a private terrace with breathtaking city views for ultimate relaxation. With 100 m2 of living space and an additional 100 m2 terrace, this apartment boasts 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 bathrooms. The beautiful communal terraces present an excellent opportunity for capturing memorable photos.
Safety and security are ensured with 24/7 building surveillance, and it's worth mentioning that La Roma has undergone a transformation in recent years, attracting a young and creative crowd, which has contributed to its dynamic and cosmopolitan atmosphere. While the neighborhood is generally safe and enjoyable to explore, as with any urban area, it's essential to remain vigilant and take typical precautions to ensure a pleasant experience.
The main spaces of the 5th-floor condo:
- The LIVING ROOM area has comfortable seating and a wall-mounted Smart TV. This space is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that not only let in lots of natural light but allow you to enjoy a spectacular city skyline view!
- A KITCHEN to prepare meals at home with important extras like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart.
- A DINING TABLE that can seat 6 comfortably.
- 3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 6 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: King bed, office desk & chair
BEDROOM 2: 2 Single beds, office desk & chair
BEDROOM 3: 2 Single beds
- An ensuite WASHING MACHINE for convenience.
Guest Access:
Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

It’s known for its bohemian atmosphere, tree-lined streets, beautiful architecture, and a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings. La Roma has a rich history, dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries when it was developed as an upscale residential area for the city's elite. Within a short walk, you can also enjoy arts, culture, parks, museums, shopping, and nightlife.
Getting Around:
The property is approximately 10.7 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).
Some options for transportation are:
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
