The upper house features four full bathrooms, ensuring everyone has ample space to refresh and rejuvenate. Meanwhile, the ground floor house offers three and a half bathrooms for your convenience.
Indulge in the joys of outdoor living with three inviting patios, perfect for lounging, dining, or simply basking in the Mexican sunshine. Unwind and relax from the balcony attached to the master bedroom, or have lunch in the kitchen's terrace to change the scenery.
With its spacious layout and thoughtful design, our villa can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests, making it an ideal choice for large groups or family reunions.

The Neighborhood:
Polanco, centrally located very close to means of transport and main avenues such as Homer and Masaryk, ideal for shopping, walking and eating in one of our recommendations.

Other Things to Note:
**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
* Air conditioning and heater (mini split) in the 6 main bedrooms of the house, 3 upstairs and 3 downstairs
*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.
We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
Interaction with Guests:
Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.
Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
