On the first day there, breakfast was great and after that everything was awful. Most likely leftovers from the Courtyard Hotel. In summation, it's not worth it. Secondly, the AC is controlled by the hotel, so if you are like me and are not used to the heat, this is not the place for you. They will not bring it lower than 22 C despite bringing it up to their attention.

We had to switch rooms and there were more available at the Fairfield. We ended up at the Courtyard. The room was nice, but by having to switch rooms we lost your included breakfast and that is the main reason we booked with the Fairfield Inn the first place. The Courtyard was nice , but I wouldn't say it was an upgrade (as per the hotel attendant).

It is near from airport, attached to a mall, so super convenient. The room was extra clean and everything in general is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I don’t like the tip request at the end of the breakfast buffet. I would like it added to the rate or less options. It is not free if I take my wallet. Why have such a beautiful free breakfast that is ruined with a bill. Some days I was billed, some days just asked for a tip. Awkward. Let those that want to tip, leave what they want without obligation.

With three older women traveling to a foreign country not speaking their language the hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful. The place was very safe and walkable for them.

The people that work there are amazing! So welcoming! Loved being on the same building as a shopping mall. Everything was so clean. Would definitely stay again!

This is our first visit to Mexico and I have to say that we surely will be back and will consider staying at this same hotel. Thank you for the wonderful staff from front desk, breakfast servers, cook and also the cleaning lady who serviced our room. The only comment I have is there's only 1 set of towels. The staff accommodated our request right away. The breakfast is superb. Can't wait to be back ! Thank you Marriott!!
