Great stay in the heart of CdMX at B Grand
The location was superb, the apartment was clean and inviting but on the hot side (there is no AC, as it's not common in Mexico City, and the two small portable cooling units were just not enough). The amenities in the building are fantastic, with a large pool, a jacuzzi, a steam room, a barber's, and a full service restaurant.
Check-in was a bit painful as the wifi in the lobby wouldn't work and I couldn't access my Vrbo profile but a quick chat with the management resolved it some 30 mins later.
I'm giving it 5 stars as the apartment- and the management property-related things weren't an issue at all, but the staff at the property is not well trained, nor the most courteous - a couple of them (especially at the front desk) being quite rude (eg, scrolling instagram with loud music while being completely indifferent to the visitors's needs). I asked 3 different people about the process of depositing trash or guest parking and I got 3 different answers. They need to train the folks on the processes and follow them.
Despite these little glitches I'd totally go back and stay again and would recommend it for everyone who likes to stay in the Reforma area and like luxury :)
