Great little hotel in a fantastic location

Great location just a few yards from the main zocalo. Remarkably quiet at night. Hotel is in older building but very well taken care of and room was great.

Desde que llegamos la chica nos atendió de malas, en nuestra habitación no realizaron limpieza, mucho ruido alrededor. Jabón y shampoo insuficientes, papel de baño mínimo. Las almohadas super duras. En general no fue una buena experiencia.

Una buen lugar aunque siempre se puede mejorar, están un poco antiguas las instalaciones pero eso le da su toque, es bonito aunque con poca luz natural y ya de noche está un poco feo la calle cerrada en la que de encuentra, aunque siempre hubo una patrulla afuera en la av 5 de mayo, y hay negocios abiertos así que no está solo. Y solo mejoraría la hora de regreso para el huésped, me hicieron dejar la llave que porque iba regresar después de las 12 am que es hora donde le ponen seguro a la puerta del lobby pero fuera de eso todo bien.

En limpieza me pareció bastante bien, son habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas y ordenadas. Y el precio accesible para la ubicación en la que se encuentra super céntrica. Sobre el personal, al llegar nos recibieron muy bien, solo al realizar check out, me incomodó la forma algo prepotente de la recepción y el sr. que se encontraba en la mañana.
