Not family friendly,

This place is not suitable for families if the weather is warmer than 75 degrees Fahrenheit. The hotel is too warm for younger kids. The WiFi was unusable. I couldn’t complete any work or play shows for the kids. We left about 2 hours after check-in. They refused to give me a refund after several attempts. I don’t recommend. They lack dignity and respect.

Les sugiero que el internet funcione en las habitaciones, por lo menos en la mía no habia! Los controles de cambio para la T.V nada más no funcionan ni para poder apagar, cuando al llegar y encender la luz... Se se enciende la TV, lo malo que nunca pude cambiar de canal ni apagar. No me quedo opción más que desconectar

EL RESTAURANTE | fue lo mejor de mi experiencia, gran servicio al cliente y la comida con buen sazón, por 300 pesos comí y cené. EL BUFFET | de desayuno continental, me decepciono, es todo lo contrario al restaurante, los del buffet no tienen comunicación con recepción, ya que en recepción me dijeron que el buffet es hasta las 12 pm y cuando baje a las 10 am ya no había nada porque ya habían recogido y para el segundo día, no tenían mesero para rellenar el buffet, solo estaba una cocinera, cocinando y sirviendo como podía. LA HABITACIÓN | Buena, acogedora, nada especial, limpia, con televisión por cable, sillones y las camas, agua caliente y flujo de agua abundante, fue cómoda. LOS ALREDEDORES | No son alrededores muy turísticos o interesantes pero hay puestos de comida a una calle, además a dos calles el Metro Chabacano con Línea 2, 8 y 9 pudiéndote mover con facilidad. EN GENERAL buena experiencia, aunque se puede mejorar mucho esa comunicación entre personal, pero claro que volvería, fue Bueno, Bonito y Barato.

Me gustó que está muy cerca del Foro GNP y del Estadio de Beisbol, es muy fácil transportarse porque está a tres cuadras del Metro así que de ahí sales a todos lados. También me agradó la cortesía de desayuno
