I was impressed with the quality of the amenities in the room. The location was perfect because it was close to restaurants and tourists attractions. The only I wish was that the beds had a pillow top because the mattress was hard. I would stay again.

The staff were courteous. The room was well equipped. Location was central and safe. The hotel is over a small theatre which wasn’t an issue but means the lobby is pretty small. The rooftop space is very nice under utilized. If appears some floors have some construction still underway. The room was clean enough but could use a deep scrub in places.

Our room was spotless, big, comfortable, quiet, and the location was amazing, specially for the celebration of day of the dead! Where you can see and hear desfile de dia de muertos (partially) from the rooftop of the hotel on the 9th floor! The area is safe and full of life, walkable to El Angel 7 minutes, nightlife Genova street 12 minutes, Rosseta bakery 20 minutes aprox. Zocalo is about 15 to 18 minutes in Uber The front desk crew was very courteous and knowledgeable of the area. There’s a theater and a Ramen restaurant in the property and breakfast and tacos stand right outside the hotel door! Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again at Reforma Capital Inn. Thank you.

Nice rooms , excellent and courteous staff always willing to help , they were friendly and helpful. Nice restaurants around and a Chinese restaurant in the hotel with sumptuous meals. The only issue was the WiFi Had to go to the reception to get a better network but overall my experience was good

The location is perfect for tourism, you can walk to Centro Historico, Chapultepec and Roma. MetroBus is nearby and reliable. There is a lot of things to do nearby. The only issue was that out of 5 days i couldnt get their internet to work a single day

I loved being there, tons of restaurants nearby, shopping malls, theatres, museums, concerts, iconic monuments, etc! The hotel has an Asian restaurant and a mini theatre! The only thing I wish they had is AC, cuz I prefer it over fans, but still it wasn’t bad, I would definitely go back again!

Location was perfect! I saw a lot of reviews about no elevator but that is not true. There are elevators, issue is that there is only 1 so sometimes it gets crowded. There are stairs to enter the hotel which is the only way into hotel. Also there is not air conditioning in all rooms. Some of us had portable air conditioners and some had fans. Also we were a large group and we were not on same floor even though we had put in notes when booking. Tried to call hotel to request and after multiple tries i finally got through and they said they would try but that didn’t happen. Lastly the hotel blends in and is kind of hard to find entrance. Overall though i would book here again.

The Hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly, we encounter a surprise at the time of visit. They don’t have the A/C amenity in the entire building so when the sun hits the room window it tends to make the whole room hot, this would be appreciated in the hotel web page since it says that they count with air conditioning. They also didn’t offer early or late check in (we know that is subject to an extra amount) but would recommend because it has many places to eat around it.
