"The staff were so accommodative and bent over backwards to cater to our needs.
The location is stunning and so are the grounds.
The set up of the rooms means that there’s barely any light that infiltrates and so during the day you may need to switch on a light to find your way. "

"Everything was off. I booked online but when I got there there was no room reserved for me. They improvised a smaller room than what I had paid for without any remorse. The front desk didn't even try to hide it that they hadn't booked a room for me. The room had a stench from the shower drainage system, and another guest at my arrival was complaining of the same. All the time I was there, I showered cold water and the place is really cold. Dinner was practically for fighting, with orders taking...
