Beautiful sunrise from the Port of Miami with a cruise ship in the water and an airplane in the sky! Great way to start the morning !
This is a shot of Miami Port as we are leaving on a Cruise Ship to go to The Caribean. When we leave this port, the captain of the cruise line follows in a captain's boat while the ports captain takes the ship out of port. Right about now the smaller boat is comming up to the Cruise ship to switch captains.
Don Quixote on Espanola Way in South Beach, Miami. This is a quaint little neighborhood that has a historic village feeling to it. There are no cars, only walkers but watch the bicycles. Well worth visiting if in South Beach, only a few blocks from the beach. The area is quiet and very relaxing, easy to forget about the traffic not far on Collins Rd or Ocean Drive. I've had a late lunch at Havana 1957 and dinner at Tapas and Tintos and left there full and happy.

Our room was tiny with no chair or place to sit other than on the bed. There was no dresser or shelves or place to put clothes (there was one narrow closet with a couple of hangers). We had two windows both facing the back of other buildings and electrical wiring.
