"Everything about the hotel was really nice, the rooms were spacious. The only issue we had was the transportation from the airport to the hotel. We waited an hour and then the bus was full. We were going to have to wait another hour and hope that there was room next time. The transport bus was too small and did not come frequently enough. We saw other hotel buses picking up more frequently. We ended up paying for a taxi out of pocket. When we mentioned it to the desk at the hotel, they did not offer to make it right."

"A couple of the elevators were out of order the first night and WiFi was out of service the last 2 nights."

"As soon as we checked in and got to our room we notified the front desk that the AC didn't work. We were told that no other rooms were available and since we had already stayed in the room we couldn't get a refund. We had only stayed in the room for 10 minutes at that point. After nearly 3 hours on several chats and conversations with Expedia we were able to cancel our 2nd night and got about half our money back."

"Never had enough towels or toilet paper. There's not actually EV charging on site"

"The counter person checked us all in took my deposit and when I asked if my room key opened the gate for parking, he informed me I had to pay for the parking (which wasn’t a problem) but we had to run the entire transaction again. We brought our own sheets, I would suggest you do the same. The pool was nice and there is only coffee in the morning so you have to drive in Miami traffic or door dash breakfast."
