"Clean room , awesome staff, delicious breakfast buffet"

"IT was a room AC had to ask for remote than its battery ran own had to go in pouring rain for replacement as they have no phone to connect to reception. Small dustbin only in toilet not emptied next day. no hairdryer even on request. hardly any furniture, bed mattress sinking down. Only the staff specially Magda was good. I should get a 50% refund Expedia I am your regular customer. In 32 years in North Canada worst stay at what I paid. Even motels are better. Both night people on top floor making terrible noise talking loudly could not sleep both nights. very bad quality plastic glasses to drink."

"I won't say the room was dirty but some items I noticed during my stay were, I noticed hair on the bed sheets, half drunken water bottles partially tucked under the dresser, no soap, shampoo or wash clothes for showering. The bathroom near my room had women's hair on the floor of the shower but at least they toilet paper. The other bathroom was a disaster, toilet paper on the seat and it was not flushed. When I arrived I saw chickens running in the yard, mattresses on the gate entrances so the first impression wasn't great. I would say it's great for a stop over if you want to save some money but if you seek a higher level of comfort, pay more money."

"The hotel is a retro-styled gem, with motel-style rooms. Everything was clean and well-tended. The reception staff was welcoming and affable. The hotel is on Biscayne Boulevard, the main route north from Miami. The #3 bus can be unreliable and crowded, but links one to Downtown and Aventura Mall in the opposite direction. The neighbourhood has Starbucks and the wonderful Jimmy's East Side Diner is a few blocks north. Reasonable price for Miami."

"This place was terrifyingly dirty. I HATE to leave bad reviews but you could literally catch a disease coming to this place. If I didn’t already book it and was so late at night I would have slept ANYWHERE else. Expedia please do better. I felt gross waking up there. The people in there looked like they had legit bed bug bumps. The worst hotel I’ve ever been to probably. "
