「We were in a beautifully designed and furnished room (suite of two rooms/two baths) with all working and clean fixtures. Beautiful tiled bathroom/shower in one with the rainfall shower head; tub in the other. The furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances, and everything was new, and wonderful. The Bosch appliances, large, illy coffeemaker, and everything was top notch. 「What a fantastic location to be close to the Wynwood walls (a hotel that is the backdrop) and an eclectic community. Restaurants were fantastic, quite pricey, but not surprising.」

「Comfortable stay, very clean, wonderful and hospitable staff, is at a great location, and has a vibe. It is a "live" adult environment, that continously has something going on. Valet was pricy and there is a hidden $35 fee when booking through a 3rd party. It was a great weekend stay for celebrating my/a birthday.」

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...

「Smoke alarm kept going off. We were asked to remove it. Maintenance came in and took it off. Outlets in wall kept coming off. Our room and bathroom were not well kept. Furniture was old and no chairs in our room to sit on only bed which was high. Would not recommend」
