「Property was very, very clean and well-equipped. Front porch will accommodate friends or family. Beds were comfortable, temperature was easy to control, and neighborhood was very quiet—except for the trains, of course. Host provided lots of ear plugs, so we even slept through trains. (I’m pretty sure you can’t stay in Tipp City without hearing the trains.) Bathroom was large and had lots of amenities. We will definitely try to stay here on our next visit to Tipp City. 」

「My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this very quaint, cozy cottage! We stayed here for two nights while we were traveling back and forth from the Ohio Renaissance Festival, and we honestly wished we had booked an additional night just to be able to enjoy the cottage for an extra day! The cottage has been renovated very tastefully, and makes the most of the space since it has. The full bathroom was definately on the smaller side, but we made it work! 「The hosts were very welcoming and were readily available if we had needed. House was in good shape physically. Only gripe is you can tell the house has been smoked in pretty heavily in the past. While it was cleaned off the walls pretty well, you can definitely see staining in the carpets and can smell it throughout the house.」
