「Great little spot tucked away on a quiet street in a charming early 20th c. home. The host Angel was very accommodating and helped me check in early with my two cats while our house was being tented. A very nice tropical landscape and peaceful stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Miami and is looking for a true local experience. 「I had a wonderful stay, having a fully furnished SPACIOUS cottage with a full kitchen is extremely convenient. It’s a hidden gem for sure. I didn’t run into any issues during my stay, but the communication with the owner was easy and fast, and it’s a great quiet neighborhood with anything you can think of around the area (restaurants, shopping, 35-40ish minutes to the beach outside of rush hrs: 3-5:30pm) Can’t ask for anything more than that. I will definitely be back. 」

「The room had a terrible smell that was unbearable to tolerate more than a few minutes without making us feel sick. Additionally the doorknob fell off as soon as we entered so we were unable to lock it and felt unsafe. We checked out immediately and explained our issues to the host but he was unwilling to give us a refund. 「This was a nice room with a cute shared patio out back. There were lounge chairs and a ping pong table. It was quiet and clean. The best part is that it’s 3 blocks walk to Calle Ocho. We were able to walk and enjoy Little Havana so easily. Would stay again. 」

「The listing highlighted a hot tub 3 different times and there was not one. When we asked the owner, she only said “no, sorry”. Broken window shade, broken shampoo/soap bottles, missing light bulbs in the house as well. Needs up keep. Location was great though and walkable to everything」
