“We picked this location bc it’s about 15 mins from Miami Life, 7 mins from Midtown, and 20 mins from south beach !! I’ve stayed in much nicer areas but when I tell you the neighbors were friendly. They helped us with EVERYTHING we needed! I am prior military and I’m a stickler for cleanliness….. I’ll book again just bc of cleanliness alone! There weren’t any stray hairs in the shower or in the bedding. I found a tad bit dust… I mean a tad! This place was spotless. It has extra roller beds to……

“The property was exactly as listed. The hosts (Andrey and Eduardo) were easy to contact and available when needed, even for the simplest things like me not knowing how to use the keypad...lol. They were also friendly and patient. The open floorplan and kitchen supplies allowed us to have a chef come in and prepare a nice meal for our group. The house was fully stocked with trash bags, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, lysol spray, and more. I was even surprised to see cotton swabs, cotton rounds,……

“The weekend was a party place - not family friendly at all. 7 cars parked at the neighboring duplex, loud music, cussing and smoking a lot of weed. I would have never stayed here had I been warned. The host did nothing about it - the attitude was, we can't control the neighbors, sorry. You can leave a find another place but we aren't refunding any fees. In Ft lauderdale, at the last minute, that would have not been easy or cheap. We paid a lot of money to stay for a college event and visit……

“We travelled with a team of young water polo players ages 13 to 16. This property was spacious enough for all 25 of us. Everyone was happy in the space. The kids were happy with the outdoor games.”
