This 5 Bedrooms and 3 full baths, Walking Closets with design, marble floors, Open Layout featuring a lot of light and fresh air all day long. Corner Lot and central Location at Highland Lakes. Walking distance to places of congregation, entertainment, aventura mall and 8 minutes from Sunny Isles Beach, Hallandale Beach.

- Cameras monitor front of house parking as well as pool and backyard areas for security purposes. Optional Fees (only charged when applicable):
• Gathering / Event Fee – Applies only to approved gatherings or events. Assessed case-by-case depending on group size, duration, and use of common areas.
• Pet Fee – $99 per pet, per stay (only charged when a guest brings an approved pet).
• Early Check-in Fee – $99 for 2 PM check-in, $199 for 11 AM check-in. Guests may enter early, but the cleaner will still be present and working during these hours.
• Late Check-out Fee – $99 for 1 PM checkout, $199 for 3 PM checkout. Guests may remain in the home during this time, but the cleaner will still arrive and be working.
• Pool Heating Fee – $99 per reservation, only when requested.
• Additional Guest Fee – $25 per night per extra guest beyond 8 guests.

These fees are optional and avoidable, as they only apply if guests request the related amenity or exceed the standard occupancy and stay terms.

I have have never seen the place and never will. I wanted a vacation wher we could enjoy ourselves, but it seem moore like we would have been in prison. I think that I deserve some of my money back

Pre cruise accommodations

The house was spacious. But overall we left a bit unsatisfied. The location was not what we expected- nothing was within walking distance- not even a convenience store. There were not enough bath towels for the number of guests we had. We also arranged for a late checkout out - at 3 pm - and at 11 am a group of 8-10 people walked into the house for their early check in. There was poor communication with the host regarding this.

Not the best experience

Communication started out wonderful. We paid 199 for an early check in. When we arrived the cleaning crew was not there and the house had not been cleaned. I spoke with the host and he said she was on her way (no problem!). We went to eat and came back two hours later. When we walked in two cleaning ladies were standing in the kitchen eating and 3 small children were running around. I spoke with the host and he apologized. At 5 they were all still there. I spoke with the host and he acted like her still being there wasn't a big deal since it was only an hour after standard check-in. He said he would refund me half of my early check in cost. I also told him the ice maker on the fridge wasn't working. At 5:30 I text him that the cleaning lady was still there... No response. I asked him the following morning when I would be receiving my partial refund... No response. I text him about another issue... No response. Overall the house wasn't bad once it was clean, but bring your own towels. Also the driveway can fit two very tiny cars but not bigger cars/SUVs.

Me and a few friends returned to this property for our annual trip to South Florida. The property is in a well traveled area near Aventura mall. You cannot beat the cleanliness, location and amenities of this location. If there is a gripe, it’s the 2-car limit and overgrown tree hedges that make parking a challenge. Everything else from price and cleanliness were perfect.

Not what I expected

The property was horrible. When we first pulled up to the house the grass was not cut, floors was not swept or mopped, and the pull was not clean. The property manager tried to argue with me because the house did not meet our expectations. On one side of the house the air did not work leaving my guest unsatisfied. I will not recommend to anyone.

Overall nice place just some small things

The house is nice but trash wasn't pick up so a lot of flys was around and the WiFi doesn't work that well and the car satiation with the two cars don't make sense because really two cars can't fit but it's a tight fit and if you have a guest they got park 15mons away which my family has nice cars so they decided not to come see us didn't want they car to be mess with or tow

Working away from home. Crewmembers and I stayed at this location. Beautiful large home with excellent location and enough room for the entire crew...very comfortably. I highly recommend this location to anyone staying in the area whether family on vacation or group working in the area. Close to everything and comfortable enough to sit back and relax.
