XLarge living room and outside terrace are great for relaxing. The apartment has 3 tv's w/all premium channels available. There is also a fully equipped kitchen if you would like to do some cooking. You Can enjoy all of the building's amenities, Olympic size heated pool, gym and private entrance to the beach, Now with FREE beach service included in your stay. Free parking space for you as well

The newly renovated condo was very nice and clean. The entire building was nice and clean. Security was top notch! Pool area was very nice and relaxing. The gentlemen that brought umbrellas were nice and very much appreciated. A few things in the condo itself were not really as described in the VRBO listing. Washer and dryer are not in the unit but shared for the entire floor. Always in use by someone else. No blender in the condo. The balcony is ocean view but mostly a view of dumpsters and the side of a building. Also very loud starting early in the morning until late at night from delivery trucks coming and going or dumpsters being emptied. Constant beeping from trucks backing up that can be heard loudly inside the condo. The umbrella and chairs beach service is also not available although Eli did partially refund for that.

We have never had any problems with any of the places that we have rented before. We always read all the reviews, prior to making our decision. During this stay, we were very surprised by the experience that we had.Communication with the owner was terrible. He did not reply to my messages asking when we would receive the email with the instructions, despite the stated VRBO rules to send them 3 days before the trip. I had to call VRBO and explain my concerns to them. Finally, the owner replied to my text and sent the info via text message. Unfortunately, because he sent the info in a hurry, he gave us the wrong apartment number, and we had an embarrassing moment when we interrupted guests at another room. This happened at the end of a long drive, when we were happy to finally arrive at our destination. After we realized the mistake, we headed to the right place. Once we finally got there, the cleaning crew had just started cleaning the place, so we had to wait more than an hour before we were able to unpack our things, and it felt that the cleaning crew had to do a rush job. I called the owner, he apologized and said that he would give us a credit for the inconvenience, but nothing has happened yet!Parking instructions were not very clear. The apartment itself was nice, however, some of the neighbors were very loud. I would not recommend staying here.

There was not any beach service as advertised from the listing. The balcony was unusable (extremely loud from trucks backing up and dumpsters being unloaded starting at 7am, it was also used as a dumping area to store unusable rusted out beach chairs). The host did not communicate check in details in a timely manner even after contacting him many different ways the day before, this caused major stress for what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. There were no check out details. The apartment was not well stocked (no extra toilet paper or paper towels, no wash cloths, only 4 bath towels, on two coffee mugs, only had soap in one bathroom.) Some woman entered the apartment half way through our stay using her own cod; we did not know who she was and we were not expecting her. She asked us when we were leaving, then left. She did not speak much English, so we don't really know why she was there or why she had the code. This felt very unsafe and added stress since there was no other latch lock on the door.

Solid Beach Condo / South FL Getaway

Stayed here for a long weekend in April for kids spring break. Building is in a great location for a south FL vacation because it is literally on the beach. The host also provides beach membership access that gives you daily chairs and an umbrella. Pool is very nice and pool deck area has great seating and umbrellas to use when the wind is not too strong. Property itself seemed to be recently renovated and had most of what we needed for the stay including a pack & play for an infant. Building is definitely older but has good amenities and is a mile or two from the boardwalk area. Parking is included as well which is nice.

Great location just steps from the beach with a beautiful pool area. Unfortunately, the condo felt unclean (found dirty socks in a drawer) and was poorly stocked—only three coffee cups, no dishcloths, and one trash bag. The door lock broke during our stay, though the owner responded quickly. Be aware: loud delivery trucks arrive daily around 7 a.m., as the unit faces the service side of the building. Wouldn’t recommend despite the nice amenities.

Very clean and comfortable.A few issues I will communicate with the owner, but nothing that would impact the rating.Beds, pillows & linens were great.Parking and beach/pool without an extra fee was a HUGE plus. Easy quick drive to some great restaurants, grocery store and easy walk to an awesome cafe across/down the street.

Nice 2 bedroom on the beach

Very nice two bedroom, two bath renovated condo located on Hollywood Beach. Best feature about the condo is that it is literally on the beach. Beach lounge chairs, umbrellas, etc. are provided. This condo is located in a mainly residential area, there is not much in terms of restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance. The bathrooms are a little small, so if you’re a big person that could be a problem. Parking is provided as well. Overall, it was a good value.

Beach getaway and birthday celebrations.

Property right on the beach with easy access. Nice pool and deck. Beach chairs available. Owner very responsive. Boardwalk about 2 miles away with some local and touristy restaurants. Condo was equipped well.

Perfect Hollywood Beach condo

My family of 4 (Me, wife and two teens) recently stayed for 4 days and had a fantastic visit. The pictures of the condo are accurate and up to date. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need. Communication with the owner, Eli was great. If you book this condo you get parking (either valet or self) and Beach Service included. The valet was very responsive, we never waited more than 5 minutes for our car. This condo is right on the beach in a residential section of Hollywood Beach so the beach is not crowded. On the beach there are Jet Ski & Kayak/Paddleboard rentals near-by if you are interested. There are plenty of shopping and restaurant options within a very short drive. I strongly recommend going to "LeTub" for an excellent burger, a nice cocktail and a great view of the sunset. The Hollywood Broadwalk (not a typo) is a very short drive and is great for restaurant options and people watching. I felt the condo was a good value considering the type of vacation we wanted to experience and all that is included. If you are looking for a nice vacation in the Hollywood Beach area that is family friendly, full stocked, in a great building and includes everything you need, book with Eli.
