Great location and excellent service,,we were even able to check in early! The beach and pool are perfect, and the property is conveniently close to Walmart and Publix for grocery shopping.

Wonderful long weekend

We checked in on Thursday and stayed a wonderful 4 nights! The condo was very bright and welcoming. All of the furniture was very comfortable and I loved the luxurious bed. We forgot to bring sugar and were happy to find some in the kitchen. I appreciated the security measures, knowing no one could just walk in off the street. The pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed many hours there. Thank you so much!

Great location and clean property

The unit was very clean, the entire property is well maintained actually. The beds were comfortable and there were no issues with other neighbours at night. The check in process is not ideal, I am sure there is a simpler way to facilitate that.

Beautiful place to stay

First I wanted to say thank you to Liliana and her staff. You ladies Rock! It was a blessing we were able for an early check in to enjoy the pool and beach The place was very clean and beautiful. The bed is soooo comfortable I didn’t want to get up but the beach was call me. At night the balcony has the most gorgeous sunset view- great place to meditate. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would like to request my next stay before my comment gets posted and you guys snatch my dates lol

Wonderfully relaxing

The property met expectations and was as advertised. The location is splendid with easy access to pool area and beach. upon arrival we were greeted by the receiving team and were guided rapidly and ably through the registration process. Beach umbrellas and chairs were available although we did not use them as the beach is just feet away from the pool area. All in all a great place to relax in the sun.

Problem with the door. Not able to lock when leaving. Host was very rude and did not come to fix it.

Problem with the door. Not able to lock when leaving. Host Lilliana was very rude and did not come or send someone else to fix it. In general host would have been fired if it had been my unit. Just very unprofessional when contacting her. I felt like just asking for my money back due to her disrespect me with her tone and attitude when asking about the door lock system as if I was supposed to no this with no instructions. I.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT TO ANYONE!! Instead of Penhouse I was staying in a jail house by not being able to secure the door when leaving. Other items were only one set of towels were left for two people. Towel rack was broken along with toilet paper rack was loose and in need of repair.. refrigerator freezer rack was rusted and needs to be replaced.

Loved the unit. The view was amazing.

The place was great! Exceeded our expectations. Will definitely keep it in mind for another year. After hearing about the unit my friend is going to check it out for them for next year. Only if I don't get it first. HaHa. I do have one wish, Maybe a couple more pictures on the walls and a valance on the deck door. Just could use more color. Also, the cold air return ducks are pretty black. Otherwise everything was awesome. Thank you for your great communication and for putting this unit on VRBO so people like me can enjoy it. Your manager, (I will butcher the spelling of her name so I won't even try, I'll call her Elly.) was top-notch. Thank you again for the experience.

Great location

Great location. We were in walking distance of several nice restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to a grocery store. We definitely would go back again.

Xmas vacation

I was very impressed with the unit! But most importantly the owner marcello who answered all my questions and any issues I had. My kids stayed there with my grandchildren and they loved it. The unit was amazing and we will rent again next yr. Marcello is amazing and you can trust him

The Tides

L’appartement est bien situé sauf que nous n’avons pas eu celui qu’on voyait sur les photos du site. Nous avions plutôt une vue sur la rue, très bruyante. Plusieurs petites choses auraient besoin de réparation ou d’être carrément changer.

Very enjoyable stay, the apartment was very well equipped with all usual appliances and many other extras. The property was as expected and was generally clean but with a few places missed. Would go back again

GOOD and BAD

The apartment we stayed at was very nice. Just a few small things....we had to cover the night table with a towel because it was very sticky and it wouldn't come clean. Kind of grossed us out. The bed's mattress being very comfortable also had a "dip" to it on the left side so unless you found a spot that didn't tilt down you would roll off. (Kind of funny the first time.) You can't open the dishwasher all the way because the bottom drawer of the oven is in the way. These were really the only issues with the apartment itself. HOWEVER.....the odor coming from a unit across the hall from us was horrible. The person/people staying/living there were continuously smoking pot and the odor seeped out into the hallway and into our unit. The whole place smelled for the first four days we were there. It was horrible....getting into the furniture, bedding, our clothes.... we reported the issue to our host and contact and also to the front desk and security. All in all it was a nice place to stay...close to the beach, restaurants, and casinos.
