Disappointed
The room is not well maintained. I was also disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. But I think most frustrating was the fact that the pool was green and not able to be used during our entire stay. I would not have booked this location had I known the pool wasn’t functional. The view from the balcony was amazing but the balcony table was broken. You can definitely get a much nicer room with the same view for the same price if not cheaper. Would not book this rental again.

Miami Beach winter vacat
Balcony view was wonderful. Room was a studio with 2 queens. All the accommodations that we needed. Some of the appliances were old showing some rust and probably time to be replaced.
Overall very good condo. I would definitely return.

Great place. Didn’t like the way the balcony was open to other balconies. I couldn’t sleep at night with my sliding doors open due to safety concerns.
