A fourth-floor corner residence at Bay Harbor One, an intimate 8-story boutique building in the heart of Bay Harbor Islands. Fully furnished and turnkey, it suits families, seasonal visitors and executives who want a home with the polish of a luxury hotel. Six sleep across three bedrooms: a king primary suite, a queen second, and a third with a full bed. Floor-to-ceiling windows, a designer kitchen, in-unit laundry, a rooftop pool and BBQ, two parking spaces, and the beach minutes away.
The Space:
STEP INSIDE. The residence reads calm and uncluttered the moment you walk in. Because it sits on the corner, glass wraps the main living areas on more than one exposure and the light holds from morning until late afternoon. Deep seating faces a large smart TV, the dining area seats the whole group, and the balcony doors open to carry the room outdoors — morning coffee at one end of the day, a glass of wine at the other. Porcelain floors run throughout; impact glass windows and doors keep it quiet and secure year-round.
THE BEDROOMS. The primary suite is the retreat of the three: a plush king bed in hotel-quality linens, generous walk-in closet space, a private sitting area, and a spa-style en-suite with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own en-suite with a tub/shower combo, which works well for a second couple, grandparents or older children. The third holds a comfortable full bed, always made up and ready, alongside a dedicated workspace for remote days or trip planning. Blackout shades and real storage in every room.
THE KITCHEN & COMFORTS. This is a kitchen for people who actually cook: refrigerator with ice maker, range, self-cleaning oven, microwave and dishwasher, backed by proper cookware, knives, glassware and table settings. A full-size washer and dryer mean you can pack light. Central A/C and heat, fast WiFi and cable TV are all included.
THE BUILDING. Bay Harbor One is small, contemporary and genuinely residential rather than resort-like. Two elevators serve the building, entry is key and card controlled, and a front desk adds security and service during the day. The rooftop is the best of it: a heated pool with a lounge deck, BBQ grills for sunset dinners, and open seating with sweeping views across the island, the bay and out toward the ocean. Two dedicated covered parking spaces come with the unit — a rare thing in this area.
Guest Access:
The entire residence is yours privately, along with every building amenity: the rooftop heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grills and lounge/seating areas, two elevators, and front-desk service during the day. Two dedicated spaces in the covered garage are included with the stay. Self check-in from 4:00 PM, with a personalized door code sent before you arrive.
The Neighborhood:
Bay Harbor Islands stays one of South Florida's best-kept secrets — two quiet, walkable islands set between Miami Beach and the mainland on the calm side of Biscayne Bay. Tree-lined streets, parks and playgrounds; safe, family-friendly and understated. A short bridge takes you to Bal Harbour Shops, among the most celebrated luxury shopping destinations anywhere, with flagship boutiques, gourmet restaurants and open-air gardens. A few minutes further and you are barefoot on the sand at Bal Harbour and Surfside Beach, where an oceanfront walking path runs for miles. Houses of worship, excellent markets, bakeries and pharmacies are all close by.
Eating well is easy here: celebrated fine dining, neighborhood cafes, fresh seafood, and kosher restaurants and markets all sit within a short drive. Past the immediate area, the rest of Greater Miami opens up — South Beach, Wynwood, the Design District, Downtown and Brickell, boat charters and water sports on the bay, and golf and tennis nearby.
Getting Around:
Two dedicated spaces in the covered garage come with the unit, so keeping a car here is simple. Bal Harbour Shops and the beach are minutes away, and much of the neighborhood is walkable. Miami International (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale (FLL) are each roughly thirty minutes out. Fort Lauderdale, the Everglades and the Florida Keys all make comfortable day trips from here. Airport transportation can be arranged on request.
Other Things to Note:
Three-night minimum stay; daily, weekly and monthly bookings are all welcome, and weekly and monthly discounts apply. The home is smoke-free (a fee applies for smoking). No parties or events. Quiet hours run 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets may be considered on request — please ask in advance. The residence is fully furnished and turnkey, professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay and stocked with fresh premium linens and towels, so a suitcase is all you need to bring. Holiday weeks and the winter season fill quickly, so reach out early to hold your dates.
Interaction with Guests:
This residence is cared for by Home Vacation Rentals, a full-service luxury vacation rental and property management team serving South Florida — so a real local team supports your stay, not an anonymous platform. Before arrival you'll receive clear directions, arrival instructions and personal contact details. During the stay, help is a phone call or message away, whether that's extra towels, a restaurant recommendation, a mid-stay cleaning or something unexpected. Concierge-style services can be arranged on request, including grocery pre-stocking, airport transportation, beach gear, and cribs and high chairs.
