DO NOT STAY HERE!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Before I describe the room, the hotel itself is run down and smells like rotting garbage. If you get past that and get to the room, you immediately notice what looks like water damage and clearly has mold, which you can smell, see pictures. The sheets on the bed were stained, see pictures. Deciding to take the stairwell, we noticed cockroaches, human urine, cigarette butts and marijuana roaches. I don’t even want to describe the smell. We spent 5 minutes in the room and decided to check out immediately. Reaching out to the manager, he first responded right away and then decided not to reload to my messages. It ruined our one year vacation and I am trying to warn anyone who might make the same mistake. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Nice apartment, internet's fine and the ammenities are pretty good!

Its a comfortable aparment, we have rented here 3 times already, it is a safe place, with all the needs covered for a week in Miami. The internet works fine the majority of the time, and theres air conditioning so you will never suffer the heat. Lastly, the hotel has beach access and a pool, with free pool chairs to sunbathe. I would definitely recomend staying here, and the price is really accesible!

Clean and Convinient

The condo was great. Cons 1.Super clean condo! 2. Quiet -- Unlike many of south beach condos, no noises from street at all. 3. Quick response from the owner 4. Simple procedure of check in and out 5. Good location--ocean front, conveniently located (restaurants and many shops) 6. Enough towels. Cons 1. The Kitchen was small (but no problem for breakfast or light lunch) 2. The front desk and valet parking were sometimes very busy and need to wait. (Just need to avoid rush hours. ) I would recommend this condo!

very dirty, requires room equipment repair

We arrived for 10 days in Miami Beach, two adults and two children. room is very small, there are two beds. in the kitchen there are 3 pans, but not one of them does not work on the induction cooker. windows overlooking the street, on the road. very very dirty windows, you will not be able to enjoy the view. cockroaches creep in the room. The bathroom is very old, the doors, toilet and everything else are very careless. on the chandelier there is only one light bulb of 3. written "Jovial and fresh studio in Miami Beach" and "Beach front Studio MIAMI BEACH", so this apartment is not "fresh" and not "Beach front"

Muito bem localizado, tamanho ok para quatro pessoas. Mas limpeza péssima e conservação ruim.

Adoramos a localização, tem de tudo perto. Pessoal do hotel educado. O quarto tem um tamanho bom para quatro pessoas, mas a limpeza nos deixou muito incomodadas. A roupa de cama estava suja, tinha cabelo e até pelos, tivemos que comprar outras pra usar. O banheiro mal conservado, privada meio solta, porta se desfazendo. E a limpeza do banheiro e do chão com certeza poderia estar muito melhor.

Exelente seguro y bien ubicado

Exelente apartamento , comodo y con todo lo necesario muy buen internet propio funciona mejor que el del hotel muy seguro. Fue todo muy facil. Muchas gracias Carlos por tu amabilidad . Lo eligiria nuevamente. La gasolinera en frente al hotel con su mini market y comidas frescas es estrategica y a buen precio . El personal del valet parking es muy atento y su trato cordial
