  • Enjoy the amenities of the 1 Hotel at a fraction of the cost in this king-bed suite directly overlooking the ocean. Conveniently located in the 1 Hotel's Roney Palace Residences, this unit provides complete access to the amenities of the 1 Hotel, including the hotel's main and lower level pools, gym, restaurants & beach club. Keyless digital door lock & self-check-in available.

    The unit is newly furnished by Restoration Hardware, with a fully stocked kitchen (w/ full sized fridge + freezer), walk-in closet, king-sized bed and 65 inch OLED TV. The living space includes a luxury sofa and coffee table, with ultra high speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, microwave and oven, as well as cooking utensils to prepare meals at home. You are also welcome to take advantage of the unit's washer and dryer.

    The room has floor-to-ceiling windows and opens onto an oversized balcony directly overlooking the ocean and the 1 Hotel's main pool.
