🔔 Important Reminders:
• 🔑 Each unit includes 1 physical key and 1 fob (per building rules).
– Need extra access? Our smart lock system allows mobile entry and digital codes.
– For added flexibility, a virtual fob can be purchased at the front desk for approx. $10 (Available daily: 8 AM – 10 PM).
• 🚫 No washcloths provided. Please plan accordingly.
• 🔇 Please keep noise to a minimum.
– Parties or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in fines charged to the guest by building management.
• 👤 Main Guest Check-in Requirement:
– You must let us know in advance who the main guest is, as they are required to present themselves at the front desk upon arrival.
– If the main guest changes and the update is not made in time, a $53 fee will apply to modify the reservation at check-in.
