Great beach location

This place is the place to be if you want easy access to the beach and plenty of amenities. Plus it is near multiple restaurants all within walking distance.

It was a nice condo in an excellent location

We only stayed a few days. Sadly we did not use the beautiful kitchen with all you cooking needs nor the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Great spot

We stayed at the condo with another couple. Get location, great deck, clean and lots of room. The condo is situated at 5th and Ocean which is the start of about 10 blocks going towards 15th with lots of bars and restaurants. Great walk, lots of action. The beach is across the street, boardwalk is great for a run or walk in the morning, it goes for miles. There is a liquor store and Walgreens across the street as well as a Publix about 7 blocks up 5th ave. The only thing we wish that we would have had was a BBQ for the deck. Definitely recommend this condo

The info on VRBO was misleading. 1. the info listed parking as included. we learned the day of arrival it was not. The ad listed that the kitchen was well stocked. it was not. we had wine glasses and dished sent to us by Amazon. There were not enough dishes for 4 people. The furniture was decrepit. I had better furniture in college. The tvs did not work upon arrival. The apartment was dirty. i would never recommend this apartment or manager to anyone. it was my first time using VRBO and I was completed disappointed. And there were no instructions on usage.

Great stay

We had an excellent time and the condo was fantastic. The location is perfect and within walking distance to some great restaurants. The only constructive feedback is the pool area needs some attention. Missing tiles. Caution tape up the week we were there in a small area. The balcony floor is extremely dirty. Literally made our feet black and consequently tracked into the condo floor. These are relatively easy fixes and would not prevent us from coming back again.

Great South Beach Getaway

We enjoyed your condo. It worked perfect for five adults...plenty of room. Two full baths is nice! The balcony is amazing and we also loved the rooftop pool! It is within walking distance to everything you need...Walgreens, liquor store, restaurants, bars, shops. It was an easy 35 minute Uber ride from Ft. Lauderdale airport. We got an Uber easy even at 4 am. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Great location, beds clean, amazing deck. However a couple of things-smoke detector wires hanging from ceiling without a smoke detector and the master bathroom walls should be scrubbed. Like they were cleaned with a dirty, hairy mop.

Outstanding location, amazing deck. Small ocean view

Comfortable and clean. Nice having separate bedrooms (with doors) and 2 full bathrooms. LARGE deck shown is private to condo 301! Pool is shared and not heated. No hot tub. Condo as described, but not stocked for cooking. Lacks basic pots, bowls and salt/pepper. Location is on Ocean, but far enough south that noise is not a problem. Steps to Walgreens, restaurants, beach and even bike rentals. A/C works well and host is responsive. Would recommend.

We loved the location and amenities of the property. We will return.

The property is within a short walk of the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Plus for Uber people pick-up and drop-off is right of the property is just off where traffic starts to back up.

Este departamento ha sido totalmente renovado, es sumamente confortable y funcional. Esta ubicado en un lugar estrategico, practicamente sobre la playa sobre la Ocean, y ademas sobre la 5° que permite una salida sumamente rapida hacia todos los lugares turisticos de la region. Es nuestro lugar de Familia, ya son dos veces que hemos estado alli y seguiremos tomandolo todas las veces que vayamos a Miami.

South Beach (SOFI) Gem - We've already booked for next year!

The condo, the owner (Reza) and the neighborhood were sensational. The condo is in a new construction in the quiet and prestigious South of Fifth neighborhood, which is across the street from the beach and minutes away from amazing restaurants and the vibrant South Beach scene. The condo itself is exactly as in the pictures and the deck/balcony is huge (and gets the sun all afternoon). Reza was extremely helpful and available whenever needed - we've already booked for next year. Highly recommended.
