Luxury Condo w/ Breathtaking Views

Our stylish apartment with gorgeous views has everything you need for a comfortable stay: fine furniture and equipment, proximity to the beach with beach amenities, rooftop pools, gym, and SPA. The modern resort gives you a 5-star hotel experience, while our place gives away home vibes. And the location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ drive to the Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops, steps to the Gulfstream Park, Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other restaurant and bar options.

Our 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment has it all:
• Fully equipped kitchen;
• King size bed and TV in the bedroom;
• Sofa bed and TV in the living room;
• Balcony with a breathtaking view;
• 1 bathroom;
• Washer and dryer;
• Paid valet parking.

Our guests get access to all the amenities offered by the resort:

• Beach chairs and umbrellas (paid extra at the Hotel $40 per night);

Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the Hyde Resort & Residences offers a wealth of activities right there and in the surrounding area and easy access to the best shopping and dining Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer.

The Aventura Mall is about 20 minutes’ drive; the beach is just steps away. Guests of the resort can also quickly get to the Gulfstream Park (minutes away), Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other places of interest (restaurants, malls, golf parks, bars and clubs).

At least one guest has to be 21 years old. After we accept the reservation, please provide the names of all guests who will be staying, so we can register them at the hotel to facilitate your check-in process. If all necessary information is not provided 24 hours prior to your arrival, the reservation will be canceled.

There is a $40 per day resort fee that includes beach umbrellas, towels and chairs and has to be paid at the Hotel upon check-in. Please be advised that the beach services were temporarily relocated. It will take approximately 10 min walk along the beach to get to the amenities.

The Resort also charges the security deposit in the amount of $250 (credit card only). This fee also has to be paid at the Front Desk during the check-in.

Paid valet parking is provided by the Hotel ($38.38, credit card only).

Upscale stay on the beach

Very comfortable stay, main bedroom/bath had a pocket door for separation from the living area. Fold out couch was ok for teens for a couple nights. There was plenty of pillows and blankets for the bed so that was greatly appreciated. The location was right on the beach with takeout and convenience stores nearby. The resort does not allow you to bring your own snacks to the pool area. Poolside drinks are 25 for a pina colada, 50 for a double. We were able to pick up some groceries and fix a couple of easy meals. The unit was well stocked with the basics. The fitness center was nice but had some equipment not working properly. As stated in the listing resort fees and parking are extra. We were grateful to stay here on short notice as another rental had fallen through.
