I booked this hotel before a late flight into miami. Establishment doesnt not have simple things like tap to pay credit card reader, and I was denied my already booked room at 10 pm at night bc I didnt have my physical credit card on me and the staff would accept any other form of payment also they left me stranded in miami and had no manager on duty late at night, the lobby smelled, they dont clean rooms if you stay less than three days and staff was unfriendly.I will never book this establishment again, Its 2026 and you dont have tap to pay is crazy or even willing to accept a credit card number. EVEN THE HOTEL I WAS IN AT COLOMBIA HAD TAP TO PAY overall its a very bad JAWN

The room stayed at 57 degrees no matter what we did to the thermostat and the comforter was more like a sheet. The bed was hard as a rock and the whole place just had a weird odor. The main lamp flickered on and off so we just used the one by the bed. Save your money and get something better.

The staff was great. The room was clean. It is an older hotel and if you are looking for an upscale establishment this is not it. Move on and do not leave a bad review. The staff works hard. We loved the location, dialed in the metrorail and had a great time. We will be back.

Had to have key reset every time and they said it’s been happening a lot. Room got cleaned 1 time in 4 days. Run down and wouldn’t recommend. I just needed a place while visiting but wasn’t a good place if you want anything.

La habitación y en general las instalaciones están muy descuidadas. Todo el mobiliario es bastante viejo, e inclusive en mi habitación estában rotas algunas cosas. Cuando hice check inn el baño de mi habitación estaba cerrado, y al llamar a frontdesk me dijeron que yo tenía que bajar, y ahí me dijeron un "clip" y me dijeron que con eso lo metiera en la perilla y la empujara hasta que se abriera.

This hotel is seriously outdated and uncomfortable. The room was ugly, old-fashioned, and smelled bad, as if it hadn’t been properly refreshed in decades. . I don’t even know why they ask for a deposit Noise was a constant issue — the doors slam loudly every time someone enters their room, which is extremely disruptive, especially at night.uncomfortable bed The staff were unfriendly offering no sense of hospitality. Overall, this stay was unpleasant, and I would not return. I couldn’t wait to get out !

Price is what saved it. The room was clean, no complaints. The staff outside of cleaning, I feel they could have been more charming and not so basic. The view outside the window was terrible, but the view of the pool when I opened my door was beautiful. It is very reasonable I will just say the location is just a bit inconvenient compared to others. Also you have to deal with what looked like some vagrants and such outside, perhaps there should be additional investment into better security. Or more security. Overall I could feel at the front desk a difference in customer service vs other hotels. No one was particularly bad. To their credit. 3 star hotel given everything. 4 stars requires either ideal location or superior amenities.

The room was not what we expected, and the hotel was in extremely poor condition. Guests are required to pay $12 per day for parking, which should be free when you are staying at the hotel. The bathrooms were dirty, the room had torn and stained sheets, several elevators were not working, and the beds were old and uncomfortable. There was loud music and shouting late at night, making it very difficult to rest. Additionally, room cleaning and sheet changes were only provided if you stayed more than three nights, which is unacceptable. If I could, I would give this hotel 0 stars.
The parking area also had a strong urine smell.
