South Beach Studio Condo on the beach, 335 Ocean Drive, Art Deco area- Florida.

This condominium is located in the renovated Ocean Walk Condominium (formerly Ocean Walk Hotel) in the world-famous Art Deco District of South Beach. You are within walking/biking distance of all the excitement South Beach has to offer; restaurants, nightclubs, shopping and the famous Lincoln Rd., where you will find outside dining and entertainment, everything.
Our cozy, studio condominium has tile floors and cabinets with granite counter. We have a daybed with twin beds, (a pull out to make two twin beds together, purchased at Ikea) You will find our studio comfortable and very clean and newly painted and decorated. It has a pool with access to the beautiful beach.
The property sits directly on the beach (direct access). Rental-time periods range from short term (three days minimum) to long term (months), and rates are dependent upon time of year and rental duration. We are licensed by the City of Miami Beach and State of Florida.
Parking information will be passed along when needed as you will need to log on to the city of Miami Beach web site to obtain a parking permit for zone 1. (I will assist you with it.). Parking fee for the day is $3.21,

L'appartement est bien situé, au bord de la plage, avec en prime deux chaises longues et un parasol sur la plage, à quelques mètres du condo. En outre, l'appartement est bien équipé, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin, ustensiles de cuisine, serviettes de plage... Les propriétaires ont été très gentils et nous ont bien accueillis. Our stay at this Miami beach rental was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand and close to great restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was fantastic—very responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for an stress-free vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back. We had a great visit. The area around the property is really nice. The pool area is safe and the beach is very close. Loved walking down the path by the beach and nearby parks. We found a couple stores close by also and there are a lot of restaurants and bars really close.

We will be back again and again

We have stayed here around six times and we always have a wonderful trip. The hosts are responsive, the unit is clean and has everything you need. The card for chairs and umbrella saves you a lot of money. It’s very conveniently located right next to the beach. We will keep coming back at least annually.

Cozy getaway

Great location centralized in art deco district of south beach. Slight confusion of the parking situation but it got situated properly. Everything within walking distance and great close proximity to the beach. Really loved the ability to rent complimentary beach chairs and umbrella.

Great location

Took a quick 3 day staycation. Unit was located in a quiet area and was located near everything you needed. I highly recommend the LaPlaya market around the corner for hot Spanish food and some snacks or drinks. Reasonable and super friendly.

Great location - Great communication with owner.The room is small (which we knew) but clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only minor negative point was the shower which in the morning didn’t have hot water… although seeing as Miami is so hot it wasn’t a major issue. Overall a great 2 night stay on South Beach. Honestly the location could not have been better
