This condo has it all. If you rent a car, we can provide a parking space as well (with additional fees).The Condo complex offers access on site to amazing amenities:Game Room, Business centre, 2 outdoor Pools and 2 Fitness Centers, onsite Coffee Shop and Bistro that delivers lunch by the pool and beach area.
Please be advised that this non-smoking unit and we do not accept Pets. Loud music and Parties are forbidden. Only the guests on the booking reservation are allowed on the premises and property. WIFI is included, central A/C, Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels and Beach chairs. This unit has all the amenities required to make your stay enjoyable.
This condo is only 15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, 30 minutes from Miami International Airport, 30 minutes from South Beach and 15 minutes from Ft Lauderdale's Las Olas Blvd and less than 5 minutes to GulfStream Horsetrack and Casino where you will find a paradise of designer shops and dining. This property is walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. It is also located 5 minutes from Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, and a short drive to Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour shops and lots more shopping !

Monthly parking fee for 22-31 days: $175....All fees are paid on site. Price is per vehicle. Prices are set by the Condo Association and may change without warning.
FOBs: $30 each (pricing may change without warning) 1 FOB required per person. A tiered pricing schedule is available for groups of 3+ people.
Additional fee may be applicable for 4th adult staying in the condo. ($70/adult/week) Adult: 18 years old or older. Must be mentioned at time of booking. laundry facilities are located by the elevators on every floor. It is a paid service .
