- Non-Smoking rule violation: USD 200
- Pet-free rule violation: USD 200
- Maximum of permitted people: USD 200 per night

Broken items:
If anything breaks: please communicate immediately with Victoria Rental Customer Service, so one of our reps can help you find a replacement. Otherwise, broken items will be reported via Airbnb and the following disclosure will be automatically charged to your account: "value of item/s + shipping cost + service fee".

Room views:
Please note that all of our units have open views towards the inter-coastal. All apartments are located on the eighth floor and above. View from the property assigned to you may vary, from the pictures in the listing, which are for indicative purposes only. All our listings show pictures from the two existing orientation: some of our properties are facing North and some are facing South.

Condo General Rules
- Registered Guests Only
- Register Guests above the age +14 are required to wear a Beachwalk wristband trough the duration of their stay.
- Non-Smoking Property/Rooms
- Self Parking (3-night minimum) $25 plus Tax per day. Long term self-parking (7-30 nights) $175 plus tax. Valet $35 plus tax per day.

Dear guest, be aware that all the amenities of the condo, offered in this listing are subjected to availability and can be closed or unavailable without notice by the administration. This eventually situations are beyond our control and are not subjected to any kind of refund or claim.

In rainy season, be aware that there is mosquitos outside that can access to the property if you open doors and windows. Please, Keep windows and doors close to avoid this issues

Extra Towells, toilette paper or any other amenities you might need, can be supplied by our staff in regular hours and is subjected to a charge.

Be aware that this is a short term rental apartment, many people stay here every week. Besides our most efforts to keep everything clean and tidy, please do not leave kids unattended on the properties. Take a deep review when you access the first time, checking that there is no loosed objects that may harmed an infant.

Please note that Beachwalk Resort Condo charges a daily fee to all renters. Please note that this fee is due at the front desk upon arrival.
Please request the rate according to your desired length of stay:
30 USD per day for stays of 1-6 days

25 USD per day for stays of 7-15 days

20 USD per day for stays of 15-29 days

300 USD per month for stays of 30 days.
Stays exceeding 30 days will be charged at 300 USD + 10 USD per additional day
