The property is well maintained. Though our trip was to burry our father, knowing we had somewhere peaceful to lay down was a blessing. The host also provided items in the kotchen which was a bonus. Our only regret was not being able to use the pool, which was due to the weather. The only negative thing i could say is there was no hot water im the master bath.

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding, had family coming in from out of state including us. The property was immaculate, lots of room with a pool and great outdoor space for a family BBQ. The owner let us in a few hours early which helped immensely, great prompt communication.Just a couple of little suggestions, the wine opener is broken and needs replacing, no salt and pepper anywhere which was strange because there were other items in the kitchen. These are just little things.The beds are firm but we like firm beds so everyone slept well. There were a ton of towels for showers and pool also. Thanks for a great stay.

Happy Stay

Home away from home

Property is exactly as described beautiful, clean as well comfortable. There were 9 in our group with room for everyone. Would recommend this home. The host Responded to any inquiries.

Time with family

We had a great stay ! The property is clean and roomy. The outside courtyard is very nice with grilling area, outdoor oven- bar area next to the pool. Communication with the owner was very good- will definitely stay here again when we come down to visit family in Miami!

Great place to stay with a big group. Lots of space to be together or relax on your own. Convenient location to grocery stores and shops. I have rented this house 3 x’s!

Wonderful property

Our family was in town for a family wedding in Miami. This property was centrally located for the wedding activities we were attending. The rooms were comfortable, the outdoor pool and patio were perfect for us to lounge around together during our down time. The host was easy to communicate with and the check in process was super easy. We would most definitely stay here again if we are ever in Miami again.

Miami Area Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Because we had transportation we were able to access various locations including the Everglades, Miami and South Beach. The neighborhood was bery nice and close to grocery stories and other businesses. Would return and also recommend. Thank you!

Great Stay

Really enjoyed this property! Was perfect for our 8 guest. Location was ideal and the outdoor area of the home was a great hangout for all of us. Communication was fantastic with property manager as we had some request while we were there (i.e. turning pool camera off) and she was very accommodating throughout. We would definitely stay here again if we were to travel back down to Miami. Thank you!

Great stay

The home was gorgeous, as is online. Not only was the home really clean it smelled clean. Communication between the host was great and on point. My only disliking was that the heated pool is listed in amenities at booking. One day or two before check in the host messaged me informing me that heat in the pool would be an extra $50 per day. That should have been listed. Other than that, my stay was marvelous.

Very nice

My dad and inlaws were able to go (but my family missed it due to illness), but from their account everything was very nice. Good neighborhood and outdoor area. I just wish there was more clear language about the heated pool costing extra to heat, but maybe that is an obvious Florida thing I am just not used to.

Family holiday time

Miami weather wasn’t as cooperative as could have been so pool wasn’t used much. Property offered different activities the family enjoyed for the holiday. We did choose another location for the holiday baking as this property really had only basic cooking supplies, but probably not a year round expectation of renters. Shower supplies were helpful, towels and other items were nicely stocked. Enjoyable time and would stay again.

Nice home to visit Miami and south Florida

We was a family with 2 childrens, nice communication with the Host. The house has the good size for 4 or more people. The house is located in a popular neighborhood and in a safe area. The house is very well equipped, although more crockery should be made available. The presence of the neighbors is felt a few times but without being too annoying. I recommend this rental for a visit to Miami, the Everglades and South Florida.

Good stay

This was a good stay. The home is beautiful and was clean. The check in listed with VRBO is not what the owners require. We were a little taken aback with people living in the front of the house. We was told they didn’t live there and was just workers, but you could hear them talking and banging around all hours of the night and day. The lack of controls on the temperature was very hard to adjust to as we was there during a cold snap and the home could not be warmed. The tv were password protected so some of them could not be used with our personal apps. We did meet the owners and thought that they were very nice.

Perfect

I enjoyed this property even more than I thought I would! We reserved for a thur-mon for and had 6 of us (all adults) staying there for our son's Saturday wedding in Homestead. We were comfortable, had all the amenities we needed, and the pool area covered area was PERFECT for hanging out with friend and family! Interior was super clean and comfortable. Easy, quick access to everything. I would highly recommend for a group. Owner was fantastic, gracious and communicated promptly to any clarifying questions we had.NOTE: Some folks have commented on hearing voices through the wall from time to time. My understanding is a small part of the structure is where they may keep supplies for other rentals because once or twice, we heard someone. However, it was NEVER bothersome and it was short-lived. For us, a total NON-issue.

Taylor Swift Getaway

We booked this trip over a year in advance and were so excited. The house was very nice and clean, we had more than what we needed. Communication was quick and very helpful. Our only issue was that there was portion of the house that we had no access to and vice versa, but we could hear them through the walls and smell whatever they were cooking. When I messaged about it, they responded quickly and let us know they were doing laundry for other properties. This happened on two occasions during our 3 day stay. We just wish we would’ve been aware that they would be there while we were there, even if it was for laundry. It was just startling hearing voices through the walls at first.

Overall great week.

We had a great stay with our extended family! Beautiful, clean home with a really nice outdoor space. We loved the outdoor kitchen and extensive seating area. Pool was a hit for the kids. Only misunderstanding was that the listing notes heated pool but when we arrived the pool was chilly. After inquiring about the heat, we were notified that it was an extra cost to turn the heat on. Additionally, the listing noted kid friendly with a pack and play which was not available upon our arrival. With the outdoor kitchen and kids it would have been nice to have some plastic dishes/cups. We ended up going to purchase our own to avoid glassware near the pool. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back.
