Stayed Feb 27 – March 2. The room was disgustingly dirty upon arrival. I immediately notified the host and sent photos. They said they would send someone for a touch-up cleaning, but no one ever came. After I sent the pictures, the host stopped responding entirely except for automated messages. I even spoke to the front desk and was told they couldn’t help because the booking was through VRBO. I was very uncomfortable staying in the room due to the condition and lack of communication. Extremely disappointing experience.
