“The location of this hotel is perfect for late nights on Ocean Drive, it is close enough to the action for a short walk but not too close for parties to keep you up at night. The courtyard was a mainstay for us after our nights out, to kick back relax and have a few more beers before heading off to bed. All the guests and staff were very kind and friendly and we had many great chats and drinks with our fellow guests. The provided beach accommodations was a huge plus, umbrellas, beach towels and……

“This is a house with five rooms, a kitchen and one bathroom that you share. My room had no light and the smell the overwhelming smell of air freshener that was so strong. It was all over my clothes when I came home it felt like the cross between a tide pod and Pine-Sol. I will never stay there again. I was ripped off.”

“Overall the inside of the house is clean. Place was not hotel. It’s house with eight rooms one full kitchen and 1/2 and two full baths. The facilities is not designed to house multiple occupants. The showers would run out hot water, our room ac unit was not insulated correctly so it all type bugs in our room. I didn’t feel safe in at that location due to lack of staff and security offered. I would have left the first night if the money would have been refundable policy. But also the maintenance……

“The stay was not satisfactory. I booked a double room, only to have my companion required to vacate another room after two days. Communication with management was difficult, as responses were delayed by several hours. The property failed to inform guests that the accommodation was shared, including the restroom and kitchen areas. Additionally, significant renovations were needed around the property. I was unable to take a proper shower due to concerns about paint chips and ceiling debris……
