優點：距離火車站很近、房價很優惠。希望可以改進的地方：床偏硬、枕頭太軟，樓上在使用水時，樓下房間會聽到流水聲。早餐選擇太少，5張大圓桌影響動線。希望飯店可以重新裝潢，房內飲水機（完全不能用）、浴室蒸氣室這些都可以拿掉，可以增加住房使用空間。

第二次入住很滿意乾淨舒適整潔空間也很大但下午年輕的櫃台可能是新來的需要加強教育查尋訂房網的部份

開車停車場搭車走路

在苗栗車站的附近交通非常方便開車來的話有停車場搭車來的話走路就到地理位置非常好早上還有附早餐真的很棒唯一美中不足的只有隔音比較差其他都很棒唷～
