“The room was clean. Staff didn’t come and clean the room daily. The bathroom needs updating and could use some tlc. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast sent to the room was okay.”

“The rooms and the waterpark were disgusting. No cleaning staff in sight. Half of the waterpark equipment and arcade games were broken. Manager was rude but desk staff and waterpark staff were kind and helpful. Expedia booked us a suite and there was not one available so our room downgraded. My parents basic room did not include waterpark passes although Expedia advertised like it did.”

“Keep in mind that this is a boutique hotel. The elevators & lobby are a little bit tight, but that's not a problem for us at all. We chose this hotel because it's walking distance to Ford Field, so that was a huge plus. Location was great for what we needed. The parking is pricey at $50 for valet parking overnight. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't use up amenities other than what was in the room. The room itself was good, but it would've been nice to have a desk/table area. Size was……

“Very nice stay, good restaurant options, good breakfast options, good amenities, good customer service. Overall, no complaints except the check-in wait time was longer than I had expected. Sometimes there was no waiting so it's probably due to timing.”

“We had a really nice weekend stay at this place. The accommodations were clean. We loved the pool area, they had live entertainment both days we were there. The food was also really good at Kankakee Grill. As a bonus the gambling was super fun! I won some money! So, yes an overall good time was had here!”

“Their Staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Place and room is clean. View is beautiful. Beachfront is a big plus. Just needs updating specially with the carpets in the rooms and hallways. Those needs to go and replace then with wood floors. Also the faucet in the room needs to be replaced to something easier to turn on and off. It’s so hard to pull. Overall, the place view and location of the property is nice.”
