“The Farm Flat is so cozy amid breathtaking scenery. So convenient to Marshall. Loved the beautiful fields and farms as we drove around. The host was very kind and provided a beautiful, clean, well-furnished apartment. We will be returning. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in autumn. ”

“Very convenient location, tucked away into the cool, green woods. Well stocked amenities. Clean, bright, cozy!”

“If you need a smaller place that happens to have its own private beach, this is your place. One can still walk to the downtown area, but it is on the water. Someone in another review said to get up early to see deer come to the lake to get a drink, the first night we saw 3 deer walking through the area right below the steps to the sand. It was perfect. ”

“Didn't need to use the fire place. This property is all about a million dollar view on a budget! Sunsets were amazing! Private beach on Lake Michigan was clean, no rocky terrain. Swimming was perfect, even at the end of September. Sand was sun heated. You can hear the host family's conversation through the walls, so they probably heard us too. For the price we can overlook that. Toaster, griddle, fridge and coffee, but no real kitchen. Bath is very nice. We plan to be back!”

“Cute little spot a short walk to the main three oaks area. Was a little weird to not have a kitchen and the fridge is tiny, smaller than it looks in the pics. This small place is well laid out where it didn’t feel too tight and was nice to have a desk and dinning table.”
