"Room and property was incredibly clean, comfortable, cozy, and fun for our stay in Stinson beach. We ended up visiting on a warmer weekend, the room did not have AC and with only a ceiling fan, night time was quite warm while sleeping. Reached out to staff twice via the app about other services and did not receive a response. Setting the no ac/staff response aside our stay was perfect!"
