「The staff did not stop the hotel from being used as a kennel. Dog was barking in room 205 from 3 am to early in the morning. Owners were not there. Absolutely terrible experience. The whole 200 floor probably didnt get any sleep.」

「The room was clean, but the fan was incredibly noisy. Much louder than your standard hotel room. We asked to be moved and they kindly accommodated this, but the next room had a fan that hardly blew. I’ve seen multiple complaints on Google about the climate control at this hotel. It’s apparent that they need to upgrade their systems.」

「This is our place to stay in Boerne. Great location with lots to do in walking distance: restaurants, walking trails, park, etc.」

「It's Motel 6 at the end of the day, and overall it was slightly below average. The room was clean, and the staff was very kind. My room had an issue with the hot water, as it wasn't well regulated. During my shower the hot water came and went. Other rooms in my party didn't experience this, so it was probably an isolated incident. No issues with the parking and security. It's a very safe area. I could have used a disposable laundry bag that wasn't provided. Bottom line, you will get what...

「We paid for king room and when we got there they placed us in 2 double bed room wasn’t too happy about that. Other than that there was old chips behind our bed and old food left under the cabinet by the tv- a little gross. Staff was friendly. 」

「Guest parking was very secure. Up right next to your own little cottage and our dogs were very welcome with plenty of room to roam outside and take care of business. The motel furnished doggy bags and trash cans.」
