"One of the housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though we didn’t need our room cleaned, she kindly offered to bring us extra water and take our trash. I didn’t get a chance to ask for her name, but she was working on the 30th floor on the morning of September 12. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and excellent service. Also, it was really nice to have someone open the door for us, especially when it was raining and we were carrying things after shopping. The doorman was helpful."

"Hopewell Hotel is a 5 star hotel in a great location. The hotel is clean, newer, has a fantastic buffet, large rooms, fluffy robes, and staff that goes out of their way to make your stay the best. I travel a lot and this was definitely one of my better stays. I recommend this hotel."

"I liked the common area with complimentary tea and coffee. It would have been nice to have a small snack also provided along side the beverages. The pool was large but unfortunately closed from 1 pm to 2 pm daily. Monday afternoons have a more extended closure. My reason for booking The Nina was to use the pool so these timings were disappointing. Late opening at 10 am prevented me from maximizing my swim time. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were well serviced by the housekeeping staff. Jack at Check In was extremely pleasant and helpful."

"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! I want to give a special shoutout to Cindy at the front desk. She was incredibly professional and welcoming, taking the time to thoroughly explain the hotel layout and dining schedules. Seeing that we were traveling with a toddler, she proactively arranged for bed rails and children's toiletries to be sent to our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The luggage department was also fantastic—storing our bags was incredibly fast, convenient, and efficient. But the absolute best part of this hotel is the pedestrian bridge that connects directly to Ocean Park. It made going back and forth to the park effortless, which is an absolute lifesaver when you need to bring a little one back for a midday nap. This hotel is incredibly family-friendly, especially for parents traveling with toddlers. Highly recommended!"

"Good convenience location, staff’s friendly. I wish the hotel name and the entry door is bigger. The garage floor is a better place for entry and registration, rather than go through a tiny alley and go up to the third floor for registration."

"Room was clean n staff helpful. However, I believe the hotel underwent a renovation and we find the the washroom end facing the beds is glass n see through which was drawn by a curtain, which unfortunately the curtain could not keep the washroom lights from brightening the room. As a result we had to turn our body and face the window. The remarks would be why not switch off the washroom lights. By doing so, it makes it worse as if one of the occupants switch on the washroom lights when he/she uses the washroom."
