“Staff members were friendly but short on employees. Our room was not ready after showing up 45 minutes after standard check in time. The toilet paper holder in room was broken along with shower knob that controls water temp completely fell off. The WiFi connection went out for over 2 hrs resulting in our family not being able to watch television out use electronic devices. The indoor pool had children’s food floating in bottom as well as by the filter opening for several nights. The……

“I love that it's beach front and we took advantage of the lazy river pool. Loved the live music featuring, Just Roger. This is my 2nd time here and it's an ideal location.”

“When we arrived there were no carts to haul our luggage to the room. We had to make multiple trips and the room was a pretty far walk from where we unloaded our luggage. The parking lot was a very long walk from the room. Our room was clean and the pool was nice. I’m rating it an overall 3 star because of the parking and not enough luggage carts and too far to have to walk to get to your room. Also, everyday at check-in time it seemed to be total chaos with everyone trying to unload their……

“We really enjoy this property! We've stayed 3 times so far and will definitely return for future stays. The area is beautiful and invokes relaxation, the accommodations are very comfortable and convenient and there are ample activities to engage in or you can just relax. Breakfast, which is included, never disappoints, the portions are very filling and delicious. I highly recommend. On a side note, the cottages would benefit from a refresh to maintain their allure.”

“Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. I will never use Hosteeva again. They don't care, just……

“Terrible tenia mi reservacion pagada llegando al lugar me dijieron que mi resrvacion no estaba les mostre mis confirmaciones primero no sabian de quien era la unidad que me habian rentado no esncontraban ala persona encargada de esa unidad cuando me dieron el numero de contacto llame y me dijieron que esa unidad habia sido rentada dias antes de que llo la rentara entonces me dijieron que esa unidad se habia sobrevendido y no me solucionaron nada!!!! Pesimo servicio de esta propiedad no lo……

“My only complaint was a roach in the spare bedroom, we only found one but I’m always worried there are more. Otherwise it was a great location, beautiful view, short walk to the beach and wasn’t overly crowded. We had to leave early for a family emergency so I wish I could’ve enjoyed it for more than what I did. ”
