“ I liked everything about the property. from the staff to the extras that were included; (i.e.) breakfast; dinner and drinks and the bar. What I did not like was the fact that they do not put liners in the trash cans. I asked about it and was told they do not put liners in the trash cans. THAT IS NASTY! Otherwise, it was a perfect experience!!!”

“The pool was larger than the pool in the 2 other hotels we stayed at on this vacation. It was clean, and the staff were great about bringing more towels to the pool area. It had a very laid back feel. Families were playing card games in the dining lounge in the evening, multiple families at the pool, with kids playing games in the water. It was a nice chill evening after a long day of driving.”

“We always stay at the crown plaza when we fly out of Cleveland. This time there was no soaps or blow dryer. Room was bare of anything that we would normally use. This place does need upgrades. ”
