I recently stayed at Lemon Hill with my family, and it was an incredible experience. This charming home, with its authentic Amish-themed decor and furnishings, provided a unique and immersive getaway.
One of the best parts was sitting on the front porch swing, watching the Amish buggies go by and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We were greeted with delicious coconut chocolate chip cookies, which were amazing and added a special touch to our stay.
The location is very convenient, with several towns and attractions nearby. We stayed at the house after doing the five-star Buggy Lane Tours in Shipshewana and dining with an Amish family, which was unforgettable. The outdoor fire pit and seating area were great for evening relaxation, and they even included the firewood! My son and daughter loved interacting with the white donkey and horses, which was a highlight for them.
The house was equipped with electricity and had games and toys for children, which kept my kids entertained throughout our stay. Additionally, they provided coffee, which was a wonderful touch to start our morning!
The host had amazing communication and even helped us out when we accidentally left our kids' clothing in the dryer. This level of care and attention was over the top.
If you’re looking for a place to relax and unwind, Lemon Hill is perfect. The attention to detail and serene environment made our stay truly special. I highly recommend this charming property!
