"We booked “the last room” for my son at this hotel. When my son went to check-in, the room had been sold to another customer. The front desk staff told him he wasn’t the only one who paid for a room and it had been sold out from under them. Still waiting on my refund. "

"Stayed in the "pet wing", lower-level space for which the hotel tacks on an extra $80 per night. Tiny room, very dated. Bathroom even smaller. No way to navigate sink/toilet/towel rack without hitting something. Linens worn out. TV not smart. Internet very slow. Window, sill, screen filthy. The room did include a cheap plastic dog bowl. The bar and restaurant are fabulous. But I'd never stay in the hotel again nor recommend it to anyone. "
