"Short visit, late check in. Just wanted food and to sleep. Bed was firmer than my liking. Also, the folks in the room below us had issues with a sink backflowing. Staff did try to resolve there issue, but one would think routine maintenance could have prevented this. Witnessed all of this while waiting ..."
