「Rooms were clean. Breakfast was as expected. They have space for a bar but it never opened. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient to town.」

「As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail. The bicycle themed rooms are super unique with even the finest details not missed to assure an immersive experience. All additional essential amenities are covered, so whatever you left at home is available here. A gem.」

「Staff is excellent at this location. Our room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you.」

「Good」

「No complementary water. Breakfast was good.」

「love the kindness and hospitality especially the airport shuttle and full day coffee service. Not very much impressive about the breakfast.」

「Nice property and good for a stop off or layover」

「Every friendly and very clean! I loved the look of the place too! I will definitely be back!」

「Not that good as the freezer cabinet is dirty and lack of bathing equipment.」
