「The facility needs major upgrades to rank among the 2-STAR chains. I found out that the facility is a training institution for hotel servers, and hotel operators and their management staff. Well, more needs to be done to insert updated features and standards into the current program. I was disappointed in the overall operations.」

「Kingsbird is an excellent place to stay. Once you get there, you are welcomed as if you were family, and treated as such throughout you stay; Natalie, KIngsley and Natalia were wonderful Hosts. They greet you with beautiful smiles every time they see you, always ensuring that you are OK and in need of nothing. They are knowledgeable locally, so anything you need done, they can "hook you up"; will stay with them next time I visit Jamaica. Thanks for the hospitality! Robert」

「TOP TIER Birthday Experience! From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER! I spent two nights celebrating my birthday, and I truly felt special in every way. Check in was seamless, I was greeted with a delicious mocktail, and the staff went above and beyond to decorate my room with beautiful Happy Birthday touches.
