“Great location, pet friendly, comfy beds and pleasant hosts. The house is a great size and ready for a family with a dog. This was a good fit for us moving our daughter into college from out of state with our dog. The house is definitely older and has character, it just needs a lot of TLC. Older furniture, paint chipping, things missing, bathroom needs updating, and some older home quirks, especially with electric. If these things get updated, it would've been a 5 star review. We'd……

“Great convenient quiet location . Air conditioning worked great on warm days. Lots of room for our party of 4 adults, 1 teen.Only clarification: listing shows 2.5 baths, but it’s actually 1.5 baths. 1 full with shower/tub downstairs and toilet/sink upstairs.”

“Clean property within walking distance of some really great food options. La Hacienda if you like Mexican food and Oliveira's Steak Bar Grill had amazing Brazilian authentic food and great customer serbice!”

“The home was just as advertised. The beds were all new and very comfortable, linens were clean, shower was excellent and the kitchen had everything we wanted. I was glad the kitchen peninsula had enough stools for all of us so we could play cards together. The Brazilian bakery down the block was superb and coffee from the Roastery across the street was also great. Jeff was timely with information.”

“This multi-level duplex worked out really well for our stay. We needed a parking spot, washer/dryer, room for 4 adults to sleep and this place had it all for a reasonable price. Note: staircase is steep and bathroom is cozy.”
