Located only two streets from the popular Middleton Surf Beach and in between Goolwa and Port Elliot this lovely three-bedroom home has been styled with holiday living in mind. Wi-Fi Included

The Space:
Downstairs
Sit back and relax in the comfortable open plan lounge/dining area adjacent to the kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric cooking, and appliances or dine outside undercover whilst enjoying views of the ocean and afternoon sea breezes.
There is an undercover back veranda with BBQ and a fenced yard.

Bedroom two includes a queen bed, a TV and built in robe.
Bedroom three has two single beds.

The main bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity and there is also a second separate toilet.

The laundry includes a washing machine and dryer.
Heating and Cooling.

Upstairs
Bedroom one is situated on the upper level and includes a queen bed, TV and built in robe. The ensuite has a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.
This room has access to a full-length balcony with ocean views.

Parking at the rear of the property for 2 cars or car and boat.

Great stay, great location

Lovely place in a great location. Downstairs bedroom TV (not master room) was unusable as no aerial port from the wall - disappointing as not meeting the advertised spec. Reported this to the property manager who said we’d hear from the concierge - heard nothing. Otherwise was a good property.
