Absolute Luxury Beachfront Middleton

Absolute Beachfront location with no roads to cross. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the living area upstairs and the Beachfront balcony. Now with wi-fi. This modern home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The upstairs bathroom is large and modern with a luxury spa to unwind in. Separate toilet. Stainless steel appliances with a luxury ice-maker fridge. The main bedroom opens onto the Beachfront balcony which has an outdoor table and chairs. Another balcony comes off the kitchen where you can cook on the BBQ and see the cockle train as it comes past with beautiful, rural views. Max. 6 adults + children. 2 QS bedrooms upstairs,1 QS bedroom downstairs and another bedroom with two bunks (x4 SB). LINEN SERVICE is not INCLUDED but is available for $30/bed, including linen and made-up beds, towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Absolute Luxury Beachfront is a comfortable drive of just over an hour, south of Adelaide. No roads to cross with fantastic sea views. See dolphins and whales from your front door! Surfing just minutes away.

Local Attractions

Surfing, swimming, fishing, whale watching, cycling with a bike track just down the road.

Close to historic Goolwa, Port Elliot & Victor Harbor. These areas have some of the best cafes and restaurants in the Alexandrina district. Enjoy the magnificent beaches, visit the local wineries, brewery and the Coorong. Enjoy a round of Golf or sample local produce. There are also local markets to explore and enjoy! Take a ride on the Cockle Train to Victor Harbor or relax and enjoy the wonderful beachfront views!

Mixed Experience with a Stunning View

Certainly. Here’s a review draft: This holiday home has a million-dollar view that’s truly breathtaking and well worth experiencing. The owners should be congratulated on the beautiful surroundings – the local fauna and flora around the home add a charming, natural feel. Unfortunately, we encountered some disappointing maintenance issues. The windowsills were mouldy, there were holes in the fly screens, and the sliding door’s fly screen kept coming off. The home was also very dirty when we arrived, and we spent our first day cleaning with limited and broken cleaning supplies. It’s clear the home is in need of a deep clean to match the lovely setting. Overall, we would recommend the owners consider changing property management to ensure the property receives the care it deserves. With better upkeep, this home could truly be a wonderful getaway spot.

Great location but cleaning fell short.

Good property and well resourced (crockery, cutlery, kitchen items etc). However, dishwasher was erratically stacked with very dirty dishes and wine glasses by earlier tenants. So heavy with grime/muck the load did not clean and bad smell. We found it in quite an unpleasant state and had to hand wash the entire load. This should have been properly addressed by your cleaning team. Also quite thick dust, dead bugs and dirt on ledges, under furniture in all rooms. Main area surfaces (kitchen) were clean. Suggest interim, more thorough clean, being an easy step to make a good place great! Other than that good location, good view, comfy beds, good tv - thank you. We’d stay again.

Overall stay was pleasant, although tidy the house was NOT clean. For example floors were not vaccumed, mopped & we found hair balls in the bathroom on arrival. Maintenance and repair items previously listed by tenants were outstanding. Overall we felt the house should be presented without these issues, we will not recommend this property.

Magnificent

The view to the beach over the sand dunes is absolutely stunning and we had a kangaroo with joey in pouch greet us every morning and afternoon through the main living room windows. Cannot fault the location, which is great for long peaceful walks along the cost and access to the surf. The privacy of the site made for a very enjoyable stay. We highly recommend.
