This is small studio with a small yard. It’s a separate living space from the house and is a studio. with a private entrance. No areas are shared except for the parking space. There is a big refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven. No stove. No cooking. Nearby: grocery store, wedding venues.tourist attractions, naval base, beach, Newport, restaurants all within 15 minute drive. Message for special rates $78for 10+ days, $55for 28+ days (Not available June to Sep)

Nice little studio apartment

Clean, simple space for my wife and myself to enjoy a few days in the Newport area. Nothing fancy but just what we needed in a quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed the wildlife and rocky beaches of Sachuest Point 10 minutes away.

The check in process was painless, and the property was incredibly quaint. Having our own washer/dryer was incredibly convenient.

The tiny television didn’t have basic cable which is almost mandatory everywhere, Especially at the price per night. There were two plastic chairs outside that should’ve been thrown away.

Great location. Easy access to everything in Newport & Middletown. Very quiet neighborhood. Peaceful

Property is very clean, however access to TV via firetv is very limited. Need sensor light outside so one can do combination for entry to studio at night. Need more lighting in bathroom. No face towels provided. Would stay there again but only for a short stay..
