Very pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Walk to beach and restaurants. Large yard, deck overlooking ocean, and 2 picnic tables. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, good for children. Dogs OK with written landlord pre-approval.

This 2-level home is ideal for 1 medium to large family or 2 small families. Upstairs features fully stocked kitchen, living/dining room, full bathroom with shower/ tub and 3 bedrooms (one with direct access to deck).
